The six rods are adjustable in either direction for calibration and wear compensation. Measuring length per rod: 1/25mm. Power supply: battery 1x SR44. Flatness of reference face (base): 2µm. Flatness of measuring face of rod: 0.3µm.
Parallelism between reference face and measuring face: (4+L/50)µm (fraction rounded up). Zero point error of rod: ±(2+L/75)µm (fraction rounded up). Measurement Range 0 - 150mm.
